Maxima can help We are on the lookout for customer service superstars to undertake a business traineeship as a Dental Receptionist.

Our host employer is a reputable, specialist dental clinic located in the picturesque streets of North Adelaide. Hit the ground running with this opportunity and immerse yourself in medical admission form administration and provide exceptional customer service to patients.

This traineeship is extremely diverse, offering you task variety and the ability to build on your skill set. Across 18-months you will be provided with practical experience alongside experienced supervisors and paid study time towards achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business.**

**Duties include**:

- Welcome patients and visitors
- Telephone appointment bookings and patient enquiries
- Create and update patient records
- Admit patients for Day Surgery procedures
- Billing, claiming and receipting of patient accounts
- Schedule customer appointment and follow-ups
- Data entry and document management (scanning and filing)

**About You**:

- Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Showcases initiative and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Remains calm when working under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

**Role Requirements**:

- Ability to work between 7:30am and 5:00pm
- COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses + booster)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
