**The Opportunity**

One of the Big 4 Banks is looking for a Technical Implementation Lead to join them across a large data migration project on an initial 12-month contract. The program of work is looking for an Implementation Lead to come in and assist with Phase 3 of the project, taking ownership of its implementation.

**The Role**

Working within the Technology and Migration stream you will be working across mortgages, deposits and wealth across their third release. Working within a complex Matrix reporting line you will be working with an Implementation manager (Program level) & a release manager. You will be responsible for:

- Formulating appropriate implementation strategy alongside the Technical and Business Project Managers
- Documenting the implementation & Hypercare Support Plan
- Agree business rediness checklist and managing checklist tasks through to the implementation Go/No Go Meeting
- Deliver on project migrations and triage any defects throughout production with technical teams
- Manage a range of technical, non-technical and external vendors to ensure successful implementation

**About You**

In order to be a successful applicant, you will have demonstrated experience working as a Technical Implementation Manager as well as experience working within banking and finance. You will also have:

- A strong understanding of technical projects, particularly data migrations
- Experience in compiling & managing business readiness checklists, implementation plans, implementation rollouts, hypercare support plans etc
- Managing a range of technical SMEs & stakeholders
- Hosting meetings and working group sessions with business representatives and SMEs throughout various points of the process
- Full working rights within Australia
- Ability to commute into the Melbourne OR Sydney office 2-3 times a week
