Software Implementation Specialist Lead

**Software Implementation Specialist** Lead**:
Journal Technologies is looking for a key member of the implementation team, responsible for delivering contracted products and services such as reports, business rules, and general software configuration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Configure case management software using built-in administrative user interface including forms (screens), searches, and workflow
- Create business rules within the software using Groovy and Velocity
- Gather specifications for and reviews data conversion
- Actively work on document/report specification gathering, development and review
- Conducts onsite administrative and user training and go-live assistance
- Experience managing and leading a team of 5 - 10 people across different locations including offshore.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of Windows Server-based environments and networks
- Knowledge of interfacing with REST and SOAP APIs
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, or PMP or CAPM certification
- Analytical Thinker - effective at understanding problems and developing one or more approaches to solving the problem
- Communication - possess effective verbal and written communication skills suited for technical audiences, peers and clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- 5+ years of professional, full-time experience with querying relational databases, preferably TSQL or PL/SQL
- Must be able to travel frequently for work
**Preferred Qualifications**/**Experience**:
- Working in software companies
- Case Management software vertical
- Courts/legal/policing environment strongly preferred
