The City of Melbourne (CoM), like many other organisations has been faced with unprecedented changes in how businesses manage not just their employees but their wide business. With this in mind the CoM has recognised that we need an individual who can join us and make a significant contribution to how we manage and drive Cultural Change.

To aid us, we are seeking a Culture Change Champion to be our “Culture Change Implementation Lead” to continue driving City of Melbourne’s focus on growing our organisational culture and constructive behaviours.

A priority for CoM is the continued intensive focus on expanding our organisations constructive behaviours and supporting our leaders to develop and grow. This is achieved through the use of the Human Synergistics culture model and data generated by employee experience surveys to guide and inform culture change strategies and focus areas.

In this role you will be instrumental in leading the planning, design and development of leadership, people management, and organisational culture strategies across CoM, including the implementation of the organisation’s cultural measurement surveys, analysing the results, formulating insights and providing presentations and debriefs across CoM as required.

**You can bring**
- Experience in identifying patterns of organisational behaviour leading to the development of organisation-wide cultural strategies, culture change practices and culture change programs of work
- Ability to build strong informal networks across an organisation
- Ability to think systemically about people strategies, programs and frameworks that are relevant and appropriate to a diverse organisation
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Management, Business or other relevant discipline
- High level writing skills including experience in drafting strategic documents, reports and recommendations
- Proven ability to work well with others and as part of a team
- Proven ability to work under pressure with competing and demanding timelines
- A strong desire to grow their understanding of culture change in an organisation
