- **We are on the hunt for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team in Athol Park**

Our client is one of Australia’s leading packaging and paper which is a part of Nippon Paper Group employing more than 4500 employees across Australia and New Zealand. Due to an increase in demand, we are looking to expand the team further by appointing multiple Customer Service Representative to join on day shift.

**Shift Times**:
Monday - Friday

9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the order process including receiving and processing sales orders within required timeline.
- Daily order management reporting
- Resolve issues during the management of order process e.g. blocked orders, pricing & lead-time discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal Demand Team to achieve requested customer delivery dates
- Manage the communication channel between internal departments and the customer to achieve DIFOT (Delivery in Full on Time) e.g. arranging late timeslots, transport arrangements.
- Utilise SAP to record Quality Non-Conformance details for investigation by quality personnel

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service/administration environment
- Experience using databases (SAP preferred but not essential)
- Ability to effectively communicate inbound and outbound (includes phone skills)
- Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to build a relationship on the phone to resolve issues.
- Ability to recognize relevant customer intelligence to support sales.
- Team player and can do attitude
