**In this job you will**:
As a Customer Service Representative at DHL in the transport team, your call centre skills will be readily used to ensure the customers enquires are handled at a fast pace and to the satisfaction of our customers and the business. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology
- Work in a call centre environment
- Action customer queries
- Manage service relationships
- Ensuring quality & service standards are met
- engage in general administration duties

**You have the following qualities & qualifications**:

- Have experience working in a call centre environment
- Have exposure to working within the transport industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven experience in providing solutions to escalations
- Demonstrated ability to multi task
