**The Role**:
Hudson has partnered with a high-profile government department seeking multiple APS 6 Program Delivery Officers to join their team on the delivery of an important grants program. If you have experience in program/project management including procurement and grants administration, contract management, financial and grant reporting, program governance and evaluation, are based in Canberra and have baseline clearance, this just might be the role for you.

**Duties**:

- Eligibility checking, assessment, undertaking grant processes to award new scholarships, making payments, reporting against outcomes of the grants
- Supporting the delivery of Round 2 including development of processes and procedures
- Communication with applicants and recipients, including supporting scholarship recipients to meet their scholarship obligations
- Working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

**Do You Have?**
- Experience in program/project management including procurement and grants administration, contract management, financial and grant reporting, program governance and evaluation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to collaborate to achieve outcomes
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to contribute to complex projects
- Organisational skills, self-motivation, resilience and ability to be flexible and agile in a fluid work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment.
- Performing additional duties or assuming responsibility of functions as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
