Internal Sales Team Leader

Looking for an inspiring Team Leader, to bring their experience and depth of knowledge to the firm and hit the ground running right away.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example and manage a team of internal sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business and customer loyalty.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to team members to enhance their performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with management, sales representatives and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience for all.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity records in the company's ERP system.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry in order to create brand awareness and convert opportunities.

- Full Time, Perm role; Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm

**Requirements**:

- Previous lengthy experience working as a Team Leader / Supervisor.
- Proven experience in Internal Sales, B2B or Customer Service and ideally within Manufacturing, building, mechanical or similar industry.
- REQUIRED: Experience with** SAP or major ERP systems.**:

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem solving and coaching skills.
- You have a technical mind and excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong customer service ethic and possess relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry and related products is a plus.
