Your customer service and internal sales experience, along with your SAP knowledge and administration abilities will see you succeed in this customer focussed role.

**About the Client**
Our client is a well known and stable business that has been around for 50+ years. They manufacture and supply machinery equipment to businesses worldwide. This role is based in Silverwater.

They are looking for an additional Internal Sales and Customer Service Officer who is looking for a long term position. This role offers potential career progression and a place within their supportive and tight-knit team of 4.

**About the Role**

The ability and interest to jump in and help wherever needed will really see you thrive in this role as the team is very supportive of each other

Your new role will include:

- Processing and sending quotes to customers and sales reps
- Following on sent quotes and providing exceptional customer service
- Provide sales and customer support by providing technical knowledge information (full product training provided)
- Invoicing
- (Some) Cold calling to develop new business
- Customer care
- Assist with the implementation of the SAP system
- Provide technical knowledge and answer any technical questions

**About You**
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service and Internal Sales Superstar who is able to work full time, onsite at the office as there are no WFH options available for this role due to the phone based nature of the role.

This role will suit a professional and personable individual with experience in a similar Sales & Administration role.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Internal sales and/or customer service experience from a manufacturing or supply business will be highly regarded
- SAP experience preferred
- Technical or mechanical knowledge will assist you in the role, but they are happy to provide full training for the right person.
- The ability to build strong rapport with customers
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in writing & over the phone
- The ability to communicate clearly & confidently at all levels
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and an intermediate level of knowledge of Excel
- Focused, motivated and a team player
