Fabulous opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service Team Leader to work for this company leader in their Customer Service area where they sell raw materials to major customers all over Australia.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be hands on as well as being the go-to person for the small team.

You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound conversations with customers regarding:

  • Purchase orders
  • Out of stock items
  • Pricing
  • Promotions
  • Logistics/delivery changes
  • Payment receipts

You will:

  • Data entry of orders
  • Supporting other areas of the business
  • Maintenance of the customer database
  • Any general account queries
  • Filing
  • Trouble shooting
  • Taking escalated calls
If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, would be happy to start at 7am and finish at 4pm and would love the opportunity to work for this very successful, family owned business please apply
