**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant for our Canberra Campus. Delight both our internal and external customers with an extraordinary experience in every single interaction. We're committed to offering top-notch administrative support that amplifies the level of service for all our customers. Thriving in a performance-driven atmosphere, we celebrate hitting targets while fostering a collaborative team spirit that propels us forward. **This role will be an on-site position, Monday to Friday.**

**What will I do?**
- **Primary Escalation Point**: Acting as the frontline for resolving client matters on campus, we're committed to swiftly and effectively addressing queries, ensuring everyone's needs are met without delay.
- **Sales Support Expertise**: From crafting quotes and engaging with clients through various channels to managing inquiries and generating new leads, our sales support activities drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- **Administrative Assistance**: From entering and analyzing course evaluations to updating student records and managing office supplies, we meticulously handle administrative tasks that support a seamless learning experience.
- **Efficient Bookings and Accounts Management**: Whether it's adding contacts to Edgar, merging accounts, or creating opportunities and quotations, you will be proficient in managing bookings and accounts ensures streamlined operations for everyone involved.

**What have you accomplished?**
- At least 3 years of prior experience in customer service
- At least 3 years of administration experience
- Competency in office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with the Learning and Development Industry
- Expertise in customer service best practices
- Proficiency in 0365 and cloud-based tools
