What's the opportunity?

We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Canberra Campus to provide our internal and external customers with an exceptional experience upon every interaction on a casual basis.

This role will have overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day campus operations, whilst providing exceptional service delivery to our customers.


This role will be based in our Canberra Campus, between Wednesday-Friday.

_What will I do?_

  • Provide excellent customer service, advice, guidance, and support to clients and students regarding Lumify Group programs and services and resolving inquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Overall responsibility for managing the daytoday campus operations, provide oversight and guidance to students, trainers and campus staff to exceed in every area of the operation and client experience
  • Effectively plan, deliver and execute the administrative and operational requirements of the campus and training activities
  • Monitor students, including attendance and welfare and coordinate training, logistics and hospitality arrangements
  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the Customer Experience Team
  • Promptly respond to and manage requests for maintenance and repairs in timely manner
  • Support with leading any Campus or Student Journey related projects

_What have you accomplished?_

  • Passionate and motivated to lead a successful operation as well as exceptional student facility
  • Ability to plan, control, coordinate and manage activities with mínimal supervision
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager highly regarded
  • Previous customer service experience preferably within an education environment
  • A selfstarter with a professional image who has accuracy and strong attention to detail
