The Customer Solutions Role


At Red Energy, our Customer Solutions team has a challenging and complex role that requires empathy, a level head and an outstanding service ethic.

As part of the Customer Solutions team, you will be the first point of contact for all of our customers who call into our contact centre, meaning the types of calls they get in a day are nice and varied - There is never a dull moment

You will have experience working with customers and understand the importance of active listening and empathy.

You will be working on a rotating roster, working between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
