Our client is global "BIG 4"Consultancy and has an immediate project commencing.

We are seeking both Senior and Junior level Complaints Operations Support professionals to join their external client.

**Overview**
- Good communication skills and experience in customer contact/call centre environment, experience in investigating complaints, positive attitude, good time management skills, coherent and high attention to detail
- 100% office based during training.
- WFH/hybrid arrangement will commence after training has been completed (2 days from home, 3 days in the office).
- Knowledge of super, trading accounts, products-based experience and familiar with a complaint handling environment (Senior role)
- Experience with customer contact and dealing with complaints (Junior role)
- Junior role will typically have 8 complaints per day (1 every hour)
- Senior role will have 30 complaints per week (2 and a half per day)

**Must have skills**
- Strong communications and interaction with customers
- Great written skills
- Strong time manger skills
- Able to escalate issues in previous roles
- Able to take on feedback

Senior will have prior experience in financial services with require "technical" product knowledge along with the required soft skills to be successful in complaint handling.

Whereas the junior level will be strong in customer contact, complaint / customer resolution with experience in customer contact / call centre environments.

These contracts will commence from April and go through to July / August.

**Rates**
- Senior = $350 per day rate inclusive of super
- Junior = $300 per day rare inclusive of super

Training is provided and self-started attitude is required as this predominately via online learning modules. There is a great SME team to support you throughout your contract as well
