The Water Group is currently seeking to appoint a **Manager Water Administration Ministerial Corporation (WAMC)** to will lead a team that will oversee and co-ordinate the functions of the WAMC that are set out in the _Water Management Act 2000_. This includes implementation of effective corporate planning, governance, finance and asset management frameworks to ensure it meets its legislative and strategic objectives and oversight of WAMC’s asset management systems and processes.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage a portfolio of WAMC programs and projects and provide oversight as a program or project manager as required, including tracking and reporting of projects to ensure effective management and evaluation of issues, risks, mitigation and treatment plans.
- Review and implement updated governance arrangements including necessary delegations, systems and processes to ensure WAMC’s operations are transparent, risks are effectively identified, and managed and legislative obligations are fulfilled.
- Working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that actions arising from the WAMC Corporate Strategy and recommendations arising from WAMC audits are implemented and addressed. Developing and fostering positive and collaborative working relationships across the Water Group within NSW DCCEEW and other areas of the Department.
