**_The opportunity_**

ReturnToWorkSA is looking for a **Capability Development Officer **who will be responsible for maintaining and continually enhancing the technical knowledge and capabilities of our Insurance Premiums team.

You will play an integral role in building and maintaining quality training outcomes for the team to ensure the effective collection of workers compensation premiums from employers in South Australia.

**_ The position_**

As **Capability Development Officer **you will ensure Premiums technical capability for both new and existing customer-facing team members. This entails developing and maintaining the skills competency framework, creating and presenting training materials to bridge capability gaps, and managing training records. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the currency of policies, procedures, and resources, while also retaining comprehensive training records.

You will have proven demonstrated experience in developing competency-based training, building skills matrices for multiple roles and supporting the implementation of career pathways for teams.

You are resilient and are accustomed to delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to deliver contemporary, interactive and dynamic training results.

The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $90,940 (exclusive of superannuation).
