**What will I do?**
- Identify and maximize business opportunities for new and existing customers
- Manage and complete all quotations within a timely manner with a high focus on customer engagement to convert sale to order.
- Proactively contact new and existing customers to ensure targets are achieved - cold calling and call rates of minimum of 15 customer calls per day by telephone
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with all stakeholders i.e. external and internal clients, to ensure quality customer service ensuring long term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers’ expectations
- Assess and evaluate risk and understand the implications of new technologies
- Maintain and work within the defined Sales Procedures and Processes to reflect business growth/change and customer management information
- Clearly differentiate Data#3 Product Sales and Services from the competition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and all related information in Salesforce
- Achieve personal GP targets each month

**What will help you do the job well?**

- ** Sales experience **- This could be someone who is new to their sales career and is looking to learn and grow with a supportive sales team. This will be a phone-based and client facing sales role so having the confidence and energy to pick up the phone or talk to customers face-to-face is a must.

- ** People person **- You love interacting with people and building and maintaining relationships with people at all levels in organisations.
- ** Problem solver **- You’re known for your ability to solve problems and bring order to complex situations.

- ** Understanding **- Prior experience in IT Infrastructure sales or support is desirable.
