About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Australian Inside Sales team based in our Melbourne office. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building sales pipeline, prospecting for new business, and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process for building sales pipeline
- Prospect for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand and respond to customer needs and track and report on account activity
- Lead generation expertise to include the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources
- Ensure CRM tools and Solera value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory
- Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed daily call & activity metrics
- Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Six months to one year of experience within an inside sales role with a track record of achieving goals and quotas
- Preferred experience with technology and automotive sales
- Preferred Salesforce CRM experience
- Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment
- Preferred experience/knowledge of the automotive repair industry
