Team Global Express (TGE) is in search of a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager - Inside Sales to enhance our Sales Team.

As an Account Manager - Inside Sales, your primary focus will be on engaging with small to medium-sized enterprises across various regional markets, playing a crucial role in managing and growing our client portfolio.
Situated in a dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with your Sales Manager and the Head of Inside Sales to strategize and implement initiatives aimed at generating new business and boosting our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong grasp of industry dynamics and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a national client portfolio with a revenue target exceeding $4.5M, ensuring high levels of customer retention and growth.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through consistent communication, including calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
- Identify and assess new business prospects through comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback.
- Negotiate trading conditions, manage credit requests, and handle customer remediation processes effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments to facilitate seamless customer service and contribute to overarching business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or inside sales, preferably in a B2B context.
- A strong customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with customers via phone, virtual platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing trading terms, customer credit requests, and ensuring account profitability.
- Ability to comprehend and apply industry trends to fulfill customer needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
