**Key tasks.**
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize student enrolments and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize agency recruitment partner loyalty.
- Drive the development and implementation of initiatives to effectively promote the college's academic offerings to a wide audience, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Lead the sales team to conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business opportunities across the sector.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including our recruitment agency partners, to streamline processes and optimise sales performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders within our agency network
- Spearhead the creation and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing student enrolment and consumption of the college's business courses, focusing on building and reinforcing a strong brand image and fostering lasting student loyalty.
- Direct efforts to uphold and strengthen the college's reputation and image among students and the broader community, overseeing initiatives to maintain positive relationships and engagement.
- Take charge of planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating all sales and marketing endeavours within the college, aligning activities with organizational objectives and values and aligned with budgets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, including training, mentoring, and performance management, to foster a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company to participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our reputation and promote our services.
- Tertiary degrees in International Business and / or Management preferred. 5 years relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualification
- 2 years of experience in a closely related job preferred
- Great personal presentation;
- Enthusiasm for the relationship building;
- An ability to work well under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak Spanish;
- A positive 'can do' attitude;
- Exceptional leadership skills;
- The ability to create and analyse data and reports to make informed decisions.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- marketing and sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
