**About the role**:
As a proactive Team Assistant, you will be working in a fast paced, well established construction industry business. You will help ensure efficient operation of the Business Support functions across the McKenzie Group. You will help streamline workflows and process improvements and support a positive office culture while working collaboratively across the team.

With a strong administrative background, this role can provide a pathway to further career development within Office Management, Operations Management and Technical Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support all parts of the Business Support function as necessary and resolve problems in a proactive manner.
- Oversee general maintenance of facilities, point of contact for building management and any other office related contractors.
- Ensuring stock control of the office supplies are managed and always maintained, including groceries, stationary, general office supplies, PPE, etc.
- Accurate data entry in all databases in conjunction with file/document management system in accordance with quality processes.
- Assist with coordinating social activities and functions across our offices.
- Maintain and update various registers and spreadsheets to ensure systems and processes are maintained.
- Provide professional, effective and responsive service to internal and external clients.
- General adhoc administration duties to ensure the business runs smoothly day to day.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
