The Role

The Team Assistant, People & Culture will provide comprehensive administrative, project specific and general office services to support the activities of the functional team leaders of People & Culture and their teams as needed. Responsibilities include:
  • Diary and email management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Event coordination
  • Office administration
  • Travel & expenses
  • Invoicing, team budgeting and vendor management
    You will also contribute to the overall effective operation of the company by delivering a consistently high standard of work in a timely manner. This role can either be full time or part time 4 days a week.

    Your Background and Experience
    • 2-5 years' experience in administrative support in a corporate environment
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Prior experience in a deadline-driven reporting environment would be highly desirable, preferably in a finance environment
    • Knowledge of budgeting processes and basic finance is also an advantage
    • An understanding of the principles relating to the delivery of administrative services, e.g. confidentiality, protocols, etc
    • Experience contributing to the overall effective operation of a company by delivering a consistently high standard of work in a timely manner
