**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Finalisation of all bookings and accurately collecting payments.
- Amendments, changes, suspensions, cancellations of any existing bookings and providing customers with any information required prior to travel.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures related to the job.
- Book and/or amend all products and services accurately using various reservations systems such as Tropics and Amadeus.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships and trust with customers.
- Utilise Consultant Sales Process (CSP) skills to overcome objections and provide excellent personalised customer service.
- Work alongside the Contact Centre Sales team to contribute to the overall sales goal for each brand.
- Prior experience within a customer service environment.
- Superior standard of customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and passion for helping others.
- Ability to build, cultivate, and nurture relationships with customers, travel partners and colleagues.
- Computer proficiency.
- Travel industry experience highly regarded.
