Our client, a highly renown international brand focusing on luxury and performance, is currently seeking a Receptionist/Host to join their powerhouse team.

Be the face of the company at this architectural marvel spread over eight levels based in a convenient city fringe location.

**Duties include**:

- Providing 5* customer service
- Ensuring all guests are greeted
- Arranging couriers
- Ordering office supplies
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing post.
- Ad hoc admin as required

**Your qualities**:

- Excellent organisation, communication and people skills
- Posses 5 star customer service
- Be well presented and professional at all times
- Be proficient with Outlook and other computer programs
- Have previous front line customer service experience in retail, hospitality or reception

You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a corporate environment, be incredibly organised and enjoy taking initiative.

**_ This is a fulltime role, must be PR or Australian Citizen._**
