Receptionist / Administrator

Seeking an experienced Receptionist who will be supporting the office function within this construction organisation in Minchinbury. This company has had year-on-year growth being a leader in their field and is now operating across the globe.

The Position
Facilitate front-of-house management;
Communicate with suppliers as required;
Data and order entry;
Preparation of documentation, brochures, presentations, binding, etc;
Deposit cheques at the bank using the company car;
Diarise staff training for the relevant staff and booking of meeting rooms;
Keep general areas, such as the kitchen, boardroom, tidy and clean. This will also include general housekeeping such as cleaning crockery in dishwasher;
Participate in event coordination and preparation; and
Work within project deadlines.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines;
Ability to manage areas of responsibility demonstrating initiative and professionalism;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a busy and dynamic team; and
Strong stakeholder management & relationship building skills.
