If so, we’d love to meet you We are a premier beauty clinic, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Bilingual Receptionist (English & Chinese) to be the face of our clinic.
Position: Beauty Clinic Receptionist
Location: Sydney CBD
Employment Type: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable **Schedule and manage appointments, maintaining an organised booking system** Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about our services and treatments **Provide information about our treatments, products, and promotions** Process payments and maintain accurate records **Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies** Assist with administrative tasks as needed
