**About the role**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Specialist Rostering Coordinator to join our small, but powerful team based in Scoresby.

You will be responsible for finding creative ways to fill unfilled shifts. You will have a lower volume of rostering. Instead, you will work closely with our Case Managers to understand client requirements and where adjustments can be made to create a win-win situation for all. These rosters support our older clients within the community to access the services they require to live independently.

**About you**

You love supporting your team and using your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and provide outstanding customer service.

Rostering can be like a jigsaw puzzle, so you need to thrive on a challenge and be able to remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure

You have a keen eye for detail and love to challenge the status quo

You’re a natural team player who enjoys a bit of banter with your colleagues while working in an office environment.

We don’t mind if you’ve previously worked in hospitality or a call centre, we encourage applicants from outside the community services sector to apply

If you have experience working with Mable, this will be highly regarded.
