**We are seeking a confident and experienced Office Administrator/ Executive Assistant & Corporate Secretarial to join our team.**

You will be responsible for handling client communication, providing EA support to our Partners and completing various corporate secretarial matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Partners in EA capacity
- Handle ASIC lodgements such as company registration, share transfers, shareholder updates, address and name changes and related documentation
- Set up an manage companies, trusts and superannuation funds
- Maintain statutory records and company registers
- Provide exceptional support to both internal and external clients
- Administrative and operational support
- Reception relief as required

**About you**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services (accounting, legal)
- Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. FYI Docs), APS and Now Infinity is beneficial
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required
