We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a proactive and dedicated **Events and Conferences Operations Coordinator** to join Crown’s award winning Events team
This role will be critical in delivering most administrational duties required to plan and execute all Crown Events & Conferences through providing informed & effective assistance with labour forecasting, rostering, resourcing and on-floor preparation. Additionally, maintaining 5-star quality service to clients at all times as well as closely monitoring budgets through strong attention to detail will be a key accountability.
**Responsibilities & Key Selection Criteria**
- Liaise with various stakeholders to understand all events & conferences requirements to ensure smooth execution
- Labour management: planning and coordinating staffing levels via rostering, managing leave requests, payroll enquires etc
- Operational Planning: maintain equipment hires, assist with allocation sheets, coordinate staff training, manage operations schedules etc
- Budget management: Ensure planning, staffing and cleaning is completed in line budget parameters
- Excellence in delivering exceptional & professional customer service aligned to 5-star brand standards
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure establishment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suites (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
