Crown Lands South Coast Team is currently seeking to appoint a **Property Services Officer** to provide frontline service and undertake a range of tasks in the reserve, tenure and property management field to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.

In this role, you will provide support to the team as needed but also directly engage with the public and stakeholders on matters relating to tenures, reserve management, roads, environmental, planning, natural resource, and land management issues to support the achievement of government priorities in the management of the South East Region within Crown land.

**Do work that matters**

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the management of land and natural Crown assets and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. Your day-to-day activities will ensure the department achieves the government’s priorities whilst delivering on the Principles of Crown Land management and mitigating risks on the Crown estate.

**About You**

As the Property Services Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Group Leader and wider team with a range of administrative duties. You will assist with responding to a range of customer enquiries and requests for information as well as overall day-to-day organisation and coordination of priorities set by the Group Leader. There will also be case work and project work involvement including field work where required.

To be successful, you will be highly organised, a team player, have excellent people skills and ideally have previous working experience in administration or customer service. There is plenty of on the job training available, this is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their skills set and develop their career.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in the industry, administration or customer service
- Current drivers’ licence and willingness to travel
