Bradken is a leading global manufacturer of innovative, custom-engineered products for the mining, transport, contract manufacturing, and general industrial markets. It operates a global network of manufacturing, sales, and service facilities employing about 3,000 people.

The
**Change Management Lead** will be a member of the Project Elevate team, which is responsible for the successful implementation of the Epicor ERP system that will replace our existing ERP for Bradken globally. You will collaborate with the greater project team and internal stakeholders to deliver a solution that meets the quality and functionality expectations of the Bradken business.

In this position, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of an effective Change Management Strategy for the Project. This will include a high level of Stakeholder analysis and engagement, creating dynamic company-wide communications to be rolled out on multiple platforms, and end-user training.

**This role can be based in either Newcastle or Brisbane and is a fixed term opportunity till September 2024.**

**Key Technical Criteria**:

- Experience with a large-scale ERP system implementation project in a similar industry would be highly desirable
- Proven experience with Facilitating workshops and training with a diverse range of stakeholders and providing contemporary company-wide communications
