We are seeking to engage an experienced Change Manager / Change Lead to assist in the delivery of a system rollout within the Workforce Management Program This role will be an initial contract engagement to Jan 2024 with strong potential to extend

**Your new role**

In this role you will be engaged as a Change Manager / Change Lead working across the Workforce Management Program.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the creation of state-wide change management tools, artefacts, and

schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled and

managed across the lifecycle of each business implementation.
- Provide expert and strategic change management advice in relation to assessment,

analysis, documentation and implementation of approved change management

methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues.
- Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to develop change management

documentation, materials and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain

transformational change.
- Manage and implement methodologies and approaches required to identify and deliver

stakeholder engagement and communication activities such as briefing notes and reports to

the relevant Governance Boards.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong background and expertise in change management/business transformation & change management.
- Successful leadership of workforce management transformation activities including benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training, within a large, complex organisation-wide project environment.
- Excellent change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills, along with the management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, time frames and accountabilities.
- Significant experience in the documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change activities in a large-scale complex project environment.
- Expert level stakeholder engagement and communication skills to support effective business change and transformation, including the ability to engage, influence and connect with others, often remotely.
- Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of HR/payroll workflow processes and systems.
