**About the role**

The Administrative Officer in Examination Support position at Deakin University’s Burwood campus is responsible for a wide range of end of unit assessment and examination support. This includes online exam support, supporting stakeholders, on campus venue arrangement and set up for examinations.

**As an Administrative Officer, Examination Support you will**:

- Support the Senior Team Leader, Examinations in all aspects of the delivery of supervised online examinations, including quality checking exam set-up, assisting with Faculty and student communications, providing general stakeholder support, and administering exam recording review processes.
- Support end to end delivery of campus-based examinations, including exam venue preparation, liaising with chief supervisors, and providing direction on venue operations. This position will be required to work from the campus assessment centre during each exam period.
- Assist with Alternative Assessment Arrangements for special needs students.
- Assist with the process of archiving EoUA/Exam papers at the conclusion of each Trimester/Semester EoUA period.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Completion of a Degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a large organisation.

**Special Requirements**:

- Infrequent work outside business hours is required (e.g., work at evening or weekend events is required)
- Infrequent travel between exam venues will be required
- Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check
