**Role Overview**:
As an APS5 Recruitment Advisor, you will be a key player in providing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services to both applicants and managers for our client's vacancies. Your ability to offer timely and accurate advice, manage relationships with stakeholders, and uphold legislative and policy requirements will be crucial to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Provide efficient and effective recruitment support and guidance to stakeholders in alignment with legislative and policy standards.
- Cultivate and nurture strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure best practice service delivery.
- Utilise HR information systems and relevant tools to maintain precise and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
- Administer various HR documentation, including contracts of employment, promotions, and transfers.
- Contribute to process innovation, change management, and modern work methodologies.
- Enhance user experience for all stakeholders while working independently and maintaining communication with relevant team members.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Evidence-based decision-making skills, utilising research and analysis to provide unbiased and comprehensive advice.
- Clear and concise communication abilities
- Capacity to work effectively in ambiguous situations, displaying proactivity and emotional intelligence.
- Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities for growth.
- Qualification in human resources (preferred).
- Familiarity with Government recruitment processes, legislation, and policy frameworks (desired).
- Experience with utilising recruitment management systems (highly desirable).
