***The Opportunity**

As the Executive Assistant, your primary role is to provide proactive support to key executives, the Executive Lead of People & Culture and the Chief Financial Officer. This support involves managing their calendars, prioritising requests and inquires, and making recommendations to optimise their time management and workflow. You will assist in preparing presentations, organise meetings, agenda preparation and taking meeting minutes. As part of the administrative team, you will collaborate with other team members to establish a cohesive support structure streamlining operations and ensuring smooth coordination within the organisation.

***What you will be doing**
- Key Responsibilities_
- Proactively manage the Executive Lead P&C & CFO calendars to ensure efficiency, including booking meetings, responding to meeting requests and prioritising meetings
- Manage corporate credit card reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of presentation and documentation as delegated
- Coordinate and support organisational events and other duties as required

**What you will bring**
- _**Key Selection Criteria**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent information systems literacy, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office
- A high degree of interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, and all levels of the organisation
- Proven experience managing competing demands on time

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience working within community health, disability or aged care would be highly regarded but not essential
