Your Key responsibilities will include,
- Provide Co-ordination and support for complex administrative activities within the HR team

- Arrange meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Some knowledge of graphics technology eg Canva
- Excellent report writing skills

We are looking for an experienced and mature minded professional with extensive experience as a Senior Administrator, Office Manager or E.A. You will possess the ability to drive administrative systems and support the HR team and manager, as well as exceptional communication, organisational and priority management skills. The role will be based in the corporate head office located in Richmond and offer a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days within the office, 2 days working from home.
