Distribution Coordinator

**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will support Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ strategy with customer and distribution partners in Australia.
You will support the execution of strategic go-to-market distribution covering core top and bottom-line goals and appropriate strategic initiatives and milestones working closely alongside Customer & Distribution Managers and Underwriters.
You will collaborate with Marketing & Communications Teams (local/regional/global) to oversee local execution of campaigns, market messages and brand positioning with Customer & Distribution Managers and other key stakeholders as well as coordinate local execution of sponsorship & events. You will prepare reports, briefs, presentations, and compilation of pitch decks.
You will interpret data on broker performance and collate market insights to inform and help position the business to leverage future growth opportunities. Additionally, you will provide oversight & analysis of satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.
You will coordinate and support the customer and distribution activities to help achieve goals, KPI's and strategic priorities of the business.
**About the Team**
This role is embedded within Corporate Solutions Customer & Distribution team and reports directly into the CEO, ANZ. The Customer & Distribution Management team leads the relationship and business development efforts for strategic customers and broker partners.

You will possess:
- A university degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
- General Insurance industry experience required distribution management, underwriting or broking
- Experience in sales, relationship management and new business origination within the insurance industry.
- Previous experience in or working alongside marketing & communication teams
- Experience in working with various CRM systems.
- Excellent knowledge and capability in using Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Strong reporting and report writing capability and analytical skills.
- Effective organisational & interpersonal skills.
- A customer focused mentality with a 'can do' attitude.
- A strong business acumen and result orientation.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with ability to handle conflicts and steer multiple parties' interests into an aligned one; and
- Fluency in English (essential).
