As Inbound Coordinator in our Erskine Park warehouse, you will engaged to supervise work in a number of key areas within inbound control including despatch and inventory to ensure orders are despatched in a timely and cost effective manner and that inventory is accurately received into the distribution centre.

You will be required to oversee staff to ensure performance, quality and safety standards are being maintained.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supervision of staff in day-to-day operations of distribution centre including coaching, training and development, and ensuring safe work practices are maintained.
  • Ensuring completion of relevant documentation, maintaining accurate record keeping, and the preparation of relevant reports and data for management.
  • Developing and maintaining effective and efficient work processes and procedures.
  • Other tasks as required by the Warehouse Manager.
About You

To be successful you will have;

  • Previous experience (minimum three years) working in a warehouse environment with demonstrated experience in a supervisory role.
  • Industry experience within a large, high volume animal health or FMCG environment is preferred.
  • Certificate III in Warehousing or other logistics qualifications preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Manhattan WMS is advantageous.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and to analyse and problem effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Decision making skills and to be accountable for work performed.
  • Customer focused to ensure all orders and enquires are responded to with a high standard.
  • Sound communication skills, with experience dealing with both internal and external customers.
