**The Role**:
As our **Sales & Customer Service (Specialist)** you will be the first point of contact for all our customers, both online and showroom. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the customer’s experience exceeds their expectations.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table and the ability to create opportunities and implement them through to completion.

This role will suit a **beauty enthusiast** who has a focus on eCommerce and Customer Service.

**Hours**: Secure Permanent Part Time, Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm with the opportunity to increase hours

**Remuneration**:$25 - $30 per hour + Super (Depending on previous experience and Qualification)

**Location**:Learoyd Road, Acacia Ridge QLD

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:

- You will be customer-centric, possessing impeccable customer service skills, where exceeding the customer's expectations is key
- You need to have the ability to work across multiple e-commerce platforms, such as Neto/Amazon/eBay/Catch
- Positive “can do attitude” reliable, good work ethic and the ultimate multitasker
- Passion for emerging eCommerce trends and a growth mindset
- Good eye for detail and confidence in online merchandising that aligns with our brands
- Be aptitude for all things digital and information seeking
- Native to Social Media platforms
- Experience in Graphic Design platforms such as Canva is not essential but would be highly regarded
- Experience in an E-Commerce role working in or with the beauty industry is not essential but would be highly regarded

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Manage product listings on marketplaces and ensure they are kept up to date by working collaboratively with the relevant team members
- General office administration, such as quotations and answering general enquiries
- Answering all customer service queries, via all medium
