**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Automotive Pre-Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of all new vehicles while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a large team in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Pre-Delivery department.
- Planning and organizing the department's activities to meet both Manufacturer and internal targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Conducting regular toolbox meetings and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensuring ongoing participation in Manufacturer training programs for the team's continuous development.
- Proactively monitoring workplace health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills and Experience**:
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle service operations.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in liaising with management, staff, customers, and contractors.
- Good mechanical aptitude and sound computer skills.
- Must have a current driver's license.
