**Endress+Hauser Australia **have an exciting role available for a Channel/OEM Manager for our Australian team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Channel/OEM Manager wins, maintains and expands relationships and business with assigned channels and OEM partners.

**Role + Responsibilities**
- Is responsible for establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
- Is required to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Is responsible for ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and proactive brand management via the channels
- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners where required
- Contributes to, understands, and communicates E+H Strategy with OEM and Distribution Partners both internally and externally
- Collaborates with different functions within the E+H organisation to deliver support and collateral material to enable the Partner to deliver E+H messaging, support and Sales to their end customers
- Is responsible for the management of the contractual agreements and the renewal process for all existing channel and OEM agreements

**Qualification + Profile**
- Previous experience in a similar role working with Distribution Channels or within a technical product Distribution Organisation and with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Experience in working with Senior Managers within Distribution and OEM Organisations
- Ability to develop and successfully implement account plans, forecasts, reports and call plans
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound commercial decisions and to think outside the box
- Instrumentation experience and product knowledge, preferably Endress+Hauser
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in electrical or instrumentation disciplines from certificate to degree level
- English proficiency in verbal, written and intrapersonal situations is a pre-requisite for this role
- Able to confidently present in group settings
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suites and C-360 (Salesforce CRM) or similar
- Experience in managing a team, channel, or managing dotted line stakeholders
