**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain relationships with transportation and warehousing vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Oversee the logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping, and distribution, to meet customer demand and optimise efficiency.
- Responsible for customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes and streamline operations.
- Mentor and develop one direct report, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- A hands-on management style with a collaborative approach to teamwork, capable of leading by example and driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Genuine passion for the industry and a drive to continuously improve logistics and customer service processes.
