**Associate Producer - Fox Sports**
**Location**: Artarmon
As the Associate Producer within our Fox Sports Production team, you will be responsible for creating engaging sports content for Production and Digital which entertains, sets the agenda and generates emotional connection for subscribers and fans within the Foxtel Group.
Taking guidance from Executive and Supervising Producers, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of NRL-related content, ensuring the delivery of compelling and engaging broadcasts. As an integral part of the production process, the Associate Producer will collaborate with various departments to bring the best possible NRL coverage to our viewers.
**In this role you’ll have the opportunity to...**
- Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Production teams to develop content ideas, storylines, and features for NRL broadcasts
- Assist in creating detailed production plans and timelines for NRL events, ensuring all aspects of the broadcast are well-coordinated
- Assisting in developing engaging and appropriate content, working with either a specific brief or by instigating original concepts
- Assisting with managing certain programs and providing leadership and direction to all resources responsible for developing and maintaining them
- Meeting production schedule deadlines and budget by securing appropriate facilities, crews and talent
- Liaising with Producers and Production Services teams to direct, shoot and post-produce programs as required
- Assist in shoot preparations, including pre-production and researching.
- Keep across social media and help in producing content for various platforms
- Ensuring that editorial quality standards are maintained in the production of all programs
- Collaborating with editorial and commercial teams to improve content output and introduce new concepts and content ideas
**Your background should include**:
- Minimum 3 years media production experience, NRL highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge of all sports, particularly NRL, Netball and Cricket
- Previous associate producing experience essential
- Creative ability in the television medium
- Proven editorial judgment
- Proficient use of Ardome, EasyCut and Avid non-linear editing systems
- Solid understanding of OB technical systems (such as EVS x-file technology)
- Strong written and research skills and advanced communication skills, particularly on talkback
- Microsoft Office suite proficient
- Inews proficient or similar
- A team player, proactive and most importantly can hustle working across a number of sports and moments at one time
