Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be accountable for:

- Managing a large portfolio of cases end to end.
- Reviewing and interpreting business correspondence.
- Preparation of draft budgets.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing sensitive documentation and complying with legislation and policy.
- Escalating complex issues when required.
- Managing general administration such a records management, filing and data entry.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

- Minimum 12 months experience working in a high-volume call centre environment.
- Experience working within a large/complex organisation such as financial services, disability, legal or government sectors would be ideal.
- Experience in case management would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high volume environment.
