**As a Customer Service specialising in Superannuation, you are the voice of super funds. You are the first point of customer contact, interacting with our funds’ members to respond to queries and deliver a positive member experience aligned with our values.
**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:

- Deliver an outstanding member experience by providing excellent customer service and engaging with members via inbound and outbound calls
- Add value to members’ lives through empathy, compassion, and active listening to address their concerns
- Provide members with information regarding their superannuation products, services, and transactions
- Anticipate member needs and take ownership of investigating complex queries
- Actively demonstrate and contribute to Link Group values: Client Focused, Together We Achieve, Adapt and Evolve

**We’re looking for people with**:

- Previous contact centre experience, at least 12 months in an environment that measures Average Handling Time (AHT)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at once
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and embrace change
- Growth mindset, with a focus on upskilling and improving performance through coaching and feedback
- Ability to proactively identify, understand and manage risks (desirable)
