As a Healthcare Executive, you will partner with our client clinicians to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance and satisfaction via optimisation activities and strategic initiatives. You lead accountability and strategy for clinical relationships within client base and overall health care industry; drive reference-ability of clients, designing strategies that directly impact reference-ability efforts; lead and influence strategic clinical discussions with clients promoting the alignment and adoption of technology; and act as an advisor in complex sales process to guide accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours. You also contribute to the enhancement of solution design and strategy; are accountable for the leadership of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to influence and execute clinical vision, objectives, and strategy; and drive organizational and internal team initiatives.

**Basic Qualifications**:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Bachelor’s degree **and/or** 4 years relevant work experience
- Plus 6 years completed higher education **and/or** additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
- 2 years in client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 8 years practice within the Australian healthcare system.
- Experience in CXIO and/or similar roles.
- Experience working with Cerner Millennium.
**Expectations**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a deep understanding of research, clinical practices and solutions. Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements. Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace. Leads solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements. Identifies areas for new solution offerings. Analyzes external customer needs and exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex solutions to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product/process knowledge. Influences external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. May perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 8 year related work experience.
