What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for a Sponsorship & Events Coordinator has become available within Lexus Australia. You will be responsible for supporting Lexus in planning and executing its key events and activations in line with brand guidelines, facilitating growth, sales, customer attraction and loyalty in Australia.
This role Is based in Port Melbourne and is a Max Term role until December 2026.
How you’ll make an impact- Implement agreed event management processes and procedures consistent with set policies, in order to achieve Lexus brand, sales, customer attraction and loyalty objectives.- Support planning, implementation and management of key Lexus events including sponsorships, dealer meetings and product launches, ensuring they grow the Lexus brand, customer attraction and loyalty at optimal cost.- Liaise with events suppliers in order to ensure optimal customer experience within budget.- Provide specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers in order to secure delivery of services at expected quality.- Coordinate communication updates for Lexus Dealers and customers on various projects and events.
