What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sponsorships & Events Coordinator to join our Lexus division for 12 months. The Lexus Division is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution for sales, after sales, marketing, and strategy through delivering offerings to the highest levels of luxury that exceed customers' expectations to achieve sales volume, market share and profitability objectives and strengthen the Lexus brand.
The Sponsorship & Events Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Lexus in planning and executing its key events in line with brand guidelines to grow its brand, sales, customer attraction and loyalty in Australia.
This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you’ll make an impact- Implement agreed event management processes and procedures consistent with set policies to achieve Lexus brand, sales, customer attraction and loyalty objectives.- Support planning, implementation and management of key Lexus events including sponsorships, dealer meetings and product launches to ensure they grow the Lexus brand, customer attraction and loyalty at optimal cost.- Liaise with events suppliers to ensure optimal customer experience at optimal cost. Provide specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost.- Assist in the development of processes and procedures for event management to improve and optimise event planning and execution.- Coordinate event fleet vehicles to ensure availability of optimal fleet at optimal cost.- Maintain reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
