**Event and Sponsorship Coordinator**

**Salary will be in the range of $75,000-85,000 per annum (pro-rata), plus 10.5% superannuation.**

**About MAV Technology**

MAV Technology was established by the Municipal Association of Victoria in 2004. It is an independently funded group of local government IT, digital and business transformation practitioners, who are committed to demonstrating leadership to improve council and community services.

76 of Victoria’s 79 councils are current members of **MAV Technology**.

**About the role**

The Event and Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for partnering with both internal and external stakeholders in the design, delivery and evaluation of major events such as the MAV Technology Annual Conference and Dinner, ICT Leadership Summit, Metro, Rural and Regional forums and various other webinars, training and workshops. The role is also responsible for managing the administration of sponsorship and partnerships for events in line with MAV policies and procedures, ensuring the professional image of the MAV is represented at all times.

**About you**

If you are experienced in event management and sponsorship, with strong project and budget management skills in designing, delivering and evaluating conferences and other events of varying scale we want to hear from you.
