**Job Brief**
We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Manager to help us expand and maintain our position as the go-to agency when it comes to creative campaigns. You will be in charge of ensuring that Komodo is at the forefront with of existing and new business clients wants and needs, while ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered in the best way possible.
The goal is to ensure clients are met and retained. The aim will be to take Komodo as an agency to the next level, by showcasing a Never Do Normal approach to your day to day operating’s, while ensuring Komodo and its clients are thriving in any environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute key marketing activites for not only our clients, but also utilising specific marketing activities to boost Komodo’s presence in the Australian market
- Liasing with existing clients to ensure all of their requirements are met, and being proactive in apporoaching them with any key ideas for them to boost their presence in the Australian and global markets
- Manage social media accounts for clients where necessary. This will include full creative planning, copywriting and reporting
- On key campaigns, you will lead on co-ordinating on the shoots to ensure everything is managed in a stress-free and efficient way.
- Keep up to date with industry insights and analysis and feed this information into the rest of the Komodo team, and ensuring we are reacting to industry changes.
- Advising on all aspects of the marketing mix for clients where necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proven working experience in a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge (ideally both UK and Australia)
- Time management and planning skills
**Benefits**
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (+super)
